Dr. Sanjay Kumar works directly with every student, backed by four people on every file and a board of seven advisors, all of them Harvard alumni. The model requires personal attention, so we cap the cohort each year.
Founder & Strategic Director
Harvard Kennedy School alumnus and former India Country Director, Harvard Lakshmi Mittal South Asia Institute. Leads admissions strategy and personally shapes each student's direction.
The team on your file
Development across every stream is too much work for one person to run well. So every file carries four people, each with a different job, on a different clock.
Monthly, and at every diagnosis
The founder runs the strategy. A monthly meeting with the student directly keeps the whole plan pointed one way, and no diagnosis is signed off until he has read it himself.

The working session that drives everything. The counsellor owns the roadmap between diagnoses and answers for it.

The legwork that makes the sessions count, so the student's time goes into the work rather than the admin around it.

In practice
The four are not the whole bench. Research mentors and faculty reviewers join when a project earns them, and the seven advisors below keep the standard honest. The fifth person on the file is the student. Nothing here replaces the work. All of it multiplies it.
The counsel
A board that has sat on the other side of the table. They review the standard we hold students to, and the counsel we give their families.
Three of them are the serving leadership of the Harvard Club of India. They keep our standard honest and our counsel current.
